Grant Batson resigns as President of Batson Guitar Co.

November 21st, 2011
Today, I sadly announce that I will be taking leave from Batson Guitar Co. for an indefinite period of time.  While building these guitars with my brother, Cory, and building this business has been one of the most exhilarating things I’ve ever done, I have recently encountered some health issues that have made me re-evaluate my priorities.  After consulting with a physician, my family and some trusted friends, I have decided to turn the business, in its entirety, over to my very talented brother, Cory.  It has been my passion and joy to serve my clients and dealers through the years in building highly customized, high-functioning acoustic guitars.  I want to thank all of our supporters for helping us pursue the art of lutherie.  It’s been amazing.  Keep following Batson Guitar Co. on Facebook and Twitter as Cory continues to build his amazing guitars.
